TOM RATH
Tom Rath is an author and researcher who has spent the past two decades studying how work can improve human health and well-being. His 10 books have sold more than 10 million copies and made hundreds of appearances on global bestseller lists.
Tom’s first book, How Full Is Your Bucket?, was an instant #1 New York Times bestseller and led to a series of books that are used in classrooms around the world. His book StrengthsFinder 2.0 is Amazon’s top selling non-fiction book of all time. Tom’s other bestsellers include Strengths Based Leadership, Wellbeing, Eat Move Sleep, and Are You Fully Charged?. He has also co-authored two illustrated books for children, How Full Is Your Bucket? for Kids and The Rechargeables.
Tom’s most recent books are Life’s Great Question: Discover How You Best Contribute to the World and It’s Not About You: A Brief Guide to a Meaningful Life, published in partnership with Amazon Original Stories.
During his 13 years at Gallup, Tom led the organization’s strengths, employee engagement, wellbeing, and leadership consulting worldwide. Tom has served for the past five years as an external advisor and Gallup Senior Scientist. He also served as Vice-Chair of the VHL cancer research organization and has been a regular lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania.
Most recently, Tom co-founded a publishing company and he is also an advisor, investor, and partner in several startups. Tom holds degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Ashley, and their two children.
ORI BRAFMAN
Ori is a multiple New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author. He specializes in organizational culture, leadership, change, accountability, and inclusion.
Ori's most recent bestseller, Radical Inclusion, co-authored with 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Martin Dempsey, argues that inclusion is no longer a “nice-to-have”, but a strategic imperative in today’s rapidly changing world. His seminal work, The Starfish and the Spider, is cited by the U.S. military as the foundation for a successful campaign to counter Al Qaeda. His additional published works include the New York Times bestseller, Sway; Click; and The Chaos Imperative.
Ori has advised Fortune 500 companies and all branches of the U.S. military. He is a Distinguished Teaching Fellow at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business where he lectures on leadership and the ethical use of technology. He holds a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
CHIP COLBERT
Chip is an experienced national security, military, and business leader focused on organizational dynamics and human performance. He speaks on leadership development, well-being, building and leading diverse teams, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.
Chip currently serves as Pathfinder at Rebellion Defense. Prior to his roles in the private sector, Chip worked at the White House, serving as the National Security Council’s Director for Defense Policy and Strategy for the Middle East. Over a 20-year career as an Army infantry officer and strategist, he was deployed worldwide in support of military operations, including commanding a company during a combat tour in Iraq. Chip also taught at West Point from 2005 to 2008.
Chip is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Pio is the publisher of recent New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers Radical Inclusion, Eat Move Sleep, and Are You Fully Charged? RACHEL R. VICK
Rachel is a culture and leadership strategist specializing in well-being and sustainable high performance. After her dance performance career ended in injury, she went on to train and work with bestselling authors and thought leaders in business, leadership, and well-being. She has served in roles including Chief of Staff, Program Designer and Co-Facilitator, Researcher, Writer, Project Manager, Web Designer, PR and Communications Strategist, Social Media Manager, Event Coordinator, and Executive Officer.
